Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → ParlayPick AI → Cancel Subscription.
Why aren't picks showing for a specific sport?
Picks are generated daily for games happening that day. During off-seasons or days without scheduled games, picks may not be available for that sport.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID used for your original purchase. Your subscription should automatically restore. If not, try signing out and back in to the app.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at info@jhobbie.com with a description of the issue, what you were doing when it occurred, and your device model and iOS version.
